Who I am

I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2010. Over the years, I’ve pursued advanced training in clinical techniques with a special focus on the gentle, highly effective method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).

My specialized MLD training comes from two prestigious programs: the Dr. Vodder International School of MLD and Close Training on MLD. Both emphasize precise, light, rhythmic skin movements designed to stimulate lymph flow, reduce swelling, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

What sets my approach apart is the combination of clear communication, personalized care, and a commitment to delivering reliable results. I take time to educate my clients about MLD so you fully understand the process and get the best possible outcomes from each session. My goal is simple: to help you achieve the recovery and results you’ve researched and hoped for.

I’m passionate about tailoring treatments to your specific needs — whether you’re recovering from cosmetic or orthopedic surgery, managing lymphedema, or seeking relief from chronic conditions. Drawing from experience with many clients, I’m happy to share what has worked well for others while creating a plan that works best for you.
